We have categories for everyone:  3K, 5K and 10K – winners win prizes!

Register at The Fair Trade Shop, Cebu – Door 102 Jose Martinez Bld, Osmena Ave (near Maybank)
Registration Fee: P250 (inclusive of t-shirt and goodies, race number, and route map)
Registration opens on April 12 to May 12.  Race kit collection from May 18.
Late Registration May 13-15, Registration Fee of P300.

We’re thrilled to announce that The Fair Trade Shop Cebu won 2nd prize in the “On Site Decor” competition at Sinulog Festival last weekend.

The decorations were made out of recycled materials, produced by the Wo-men’s of Quijano – a foundation providing scholarships to deserving urban poor students and provide livelihood work for the parents.  Other elements to the decorations were crazy-weave made by fair trade group Gabay sa Bagong Pag-asa ng Napo.

It was the first time The Fair Trade Shop, Cebu joined the competition.  Ronald Lagazo, the Advocate of Philippine Fair Trade, Inc (APFTI)’s area coordinator says: “This prize is heartwarming, as it shows that Cebuanos appreciate and value the skill and resourcefulness that goes into these environmentally-friendly and fair trade decorations.”

On January 16 & 17, join our Fair Trade Bazaar in front of the shop – you can buy Fair Trade products from Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos, Davao and Rizal.
